9. Unfortunately, the repukes in Congress

killed the use of Special Prosecutors after Kenny Starr's sextravaganza. Undoubtedly they did it to prevent the Democrats from using the same thing against the repukes.

Fitzgerald is not acting under Special Prosecutor status. He is acting as an arm of the US Attorney General's office, though I can't explain the details.

We would need to win back Congress and then pass new legislation enabling the use of Special Prosecutors.
