I also remember seeing a video of a guy being turned over to the Saudi's who was supposed to be from Al-Quadea (a main person) but when you look closely it looks like BinLaden. I don't think there ever really was an "Osama bin Ladin"... I believe that Osama was really never anything more than a Jim Henson type puppet that just didn't turn out quite they way it was intended.

So, in answer to your question, I don't think that bin Ladin is dead, but I don't think that he is alive either...

reported that Osama grew very ill while campaigning at Bamiyan, Afghanistan this past June. He was was taken to Kandahar, where he then died.

He is reported to be buried in the Shada (also spelled Sada) cemetery. This should be easy enough to check, shouldn't it?
