2. You mean the male prostitute who visited the Bush White House 200 times
with several overnight stays, according to official Secret Service records?

Is that who you mean?

Must you remind us of this unseemly behavior in the Bush White House?

Can't we all just Move Along and ignore this REPUBLICAN PERVERSION?

I certainly hope no one else will add anything UNSEEMLY to this thread to keep it alive.

And I certainly hope no Republicans visiting DU today will take any interest in this sordid, perverse reality of the Bush White House.

Please help to sweep this embarassing, hypocritical MESS under the Bush White House carpet.

3. Named after a Marine Captain who died
"Their base, Camp Gannon, is named for Capt. Rick Gannon who died April 17, 2004, while leading an effort to rescue two sniper squads trapped on a rooftop in the city. Five Marines died that day in a fight against about 100 insurgents."

And it is "There's".

6. What a brave man. Just think what he could have and would have contributed
to this society if he was still alive? What a loss for this country.

7. Thanks for the correction, now here's one for you, it's Major Gannon now
Gannon was posthumously promoted to Major.

Marine Maj. Richard J. Gannon II

31, of Escondido, California.
Gannon died due to injuries received from enemy action in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, California. Died on April 17, 2004.

Gannon was posthumously promoted to Major. :patriot:

I think I may have even seen a blog post about how he died, still looking.
