I'm sure an old war horse vet like Murtha would really like to receive flowers from strangers. More likely to embarrass the old duffer. I would be.

A better idea...Find a Vietnam veterans charity, give them a bunch of $5 donation from "Americans in Support of John Murtha," and then send Murtha a card.

THAT would mean something to him.
