People increasingly use "that" when "who" is warranted, and I usually forgive them. I don't forgive Scotty for this one though.

Aircraft that were lost.
Buildings that collapsed.
Weapons that were fired.

People who died. Not "that", asswipe. These are human beings. Americans.

2. Dead soldiers mean nothing to this

administration. For them the military exists to privode a backdrop at photo ops and to do the dirtywork of illegal invasion and occupation while they and their business cronies profit.
