What makes this incident even sadder for Rigoberto's wife
Is that she has dedicated her life working to improve conditions for people with disabilities and mental illness. This is her right here.

2. this whole story makes me ill. Here I am, in Washington state when I
turn on the news and hear this is coming down. My first thought,without being there, is that the guy is bipolar and I hope it gets handled appropriately. A few minutes later they say he is dead. WTF???
