Our world is contaminated,dying.. madness.

What can one do about it?? I don't know.
You can protect yourself and do what you can to cope with all this stuff but don't stress over it too much purity is a losing battle when babies have 217 chemicals in their blood before birth..Avoid what hurts the most the best you can.Be honest about what you know,see and feel even if it hurts,don't just lie to yourself and play make believe about this... Hold fast to your own integrity and to your true self be true,seek wisdom, and remember nothing lives forever.It never has.
Survival forever is impossible so why not Live once,live well,seek ,stay free even if the last bastion of freedom in this world is in your own mind.Take care everyone.Find your "essence".Things are changing..
