MORE JOBS, why don't we just give them ALL our money and reap even BIGGER benefits? If 50-90 billion is good, then 200-300 billion would be fantastic, right?
Sorta sarcastic, sorta not -

1. Trickle down economics
never worked and never will, because of the greed factor.

3. They are working on getting all OUR money to the rich!
I am sure the economy will be doing exceptionally well at that time when they have it all and we have nothing.
Why is it doing so well today with the tax cuts bu$h has already arranged for the rich.:sarcasm:

4. Supply-side economics
was denounced back in the early '70's. Problem is, it's such a great marketing gimmick that neither truth nor time can stop it.

5. The gears have been stripped
It doesn't matter what the dials say or how cool the "vroom vroom" noises coming from under the hood are, if the power is not transmitted to the wheels, y'ain't getting anywhere.

20 years of greed-pandering, corporatism, Reaganomics, merger mania, LBOs, rootless MBAs, "cereal killer" CEOs, and ideological "free trade uber alles"-ism have finally stripped the gears on the economy's means of transmitting economic power downward into the working and middle class.

6. The Chasm Between the Haves and the Have-Not/Some
That chasm has become so great that few hundred or so billion would not make any difference in the working class dilemma.
