On another post, it was noted that the Repubs have a new ad out charging Democrats as wanting "retreat and defeat" in Iraq. This war is Iraq is not the Democrats to retreat or defeat. It was not the Democrats that lied us into this war. It's very convenient to now try to blame the disaster on someone else. But we know where the decisions for the war came from, don't we? that they will be bringing troops out of Iraq in the near future . . . after some "unexplained" hurdle has been passed and "victory" can be declared (again) . . .
