A person Emailed this to Bernie Ward and it's a good question. Send to Boxer! The person asked if Bush is right in his press conference and he can do whatever he wants why does he need the "Patriot Act"? He yells and screams about the "Patriot Act" but he claims there's no law he can't approach etc. He's signed bills for torture and now this spying ordeal. So why does he need the "Patriot Act"? He says he already has been given permission to do what he says. Good question!
