Does that clip exist anywhere else? Has anyone claimed to have seen the live incident? It doesn't look quite right to me - like it's dubbed or slowed down or something.

Does anyone know what show this particular clip is from? I don't recognize that announcer but it looks like a comedy show, so it's very possible that the clip was faked for comedic value. I think it needs to be taken with a VERY big grain of salt. If * was that obviously snookered his handlers would never have let him speak in public.

Not that I would be surprised if he has been drinking. It's just that this particular clip doesn't look right to me.

17. I agree --- it's (almost) certainly "faked".

It's also pretty funny too. But I suspect that the audio had been stretched out timewise, without lowering the pitch. I see the opposite of that frequently, so I know it can be done.

I urge all who may pass that site around, to do so with "tongue in cheek" ... ie: as you'd do with an Onion article. Otherwise, you'll not only end up with egg on your face, but you'll give the Freepers endless opportunities to ridicule the anti-Bush people.
