Dana Rorbacher on CSPAN slamming the admin on medical
marijuana. this otherwise rwn is making an excellent speech on how immoral it is for the frds to interfere with californias medical marijuana program. called war on drugs a miserable failure.

2. States Rights...
what the hell ever happened to the Republican Party's issue of states rights. Suddenly, the Republicans control the
Federal Government and now they want to dictate to the country how to live. Again, they are the Grand Old Hypocrits!!!

4. Ahh, states' rights are only for when it suits the Feds, otherwise
the Feds rule. Kind of like Election 2000, they sued in Federal court, the Supremes took the case and overruled the state.

They're also trying to pass legislation that will prevent states from investigating corporate fraud and require that only Feds can do it. That way I guess they can be sure that their corporate campaign contributors don't get in trouble with the states.

3. Dana Rorbacher has suprised me before..
...he actually came out and, well, didnt oppose Bill Clintons executive order on on nondiscrimination against gays in the federal civil service.

Seeing as how he's such a righty that was a suprise.

One on this issue...one on that issue...
Especially in the House. Are they looking at re-election? Hmmmmmmm..
