The Concept the Dems Must Sell to the American People or Lose
Under all the the 'issues' that the politicians are bantering back and forth, there is ONE mindset that Dems need to redo in this nation.

The repukes have dumped the burden for financing our government on the shoulders of the common people (God forbid that a rich person should pay---and there's a hell of a difference between the tax bill they receive and the pennies their tax lawyers reduce the bill down to). They run up the debt for corporate wars and rich-man tax breaks, etc. BUT, if a citizen should raise his hand in the back of the room and ask that government money/resources be devoted to solving the major problems racking this nation like healthcare, education, etc, the reply from the GOP is: "shut the fuck up, you Commie bastard--how dare you!"...unless, of course the people wanting 'relief' are wealthy and then the doors of our treasury are thrown wide open and the rich are told to "help themselves". Here's the challenge:

The Dems need to convince our nation that it is a-okay to ask/demand that some of the people's tax money be spent on them, the people. They need to assure them that such requests does not make a person a "commie" or "unpatriotic"; but rather makes them people who will no longer be a willing party to their own rape. They have to let them know that thriving corporate culture at the expense of dealing with people problems will eventually mean that those problems will destroy the very basis the corporations need to exist.

1. We don't need convincing.
We need a candidate brave enough to risk losing corporate contributions to stand up and say it so we can simply agree.
