I don't think anyone is stupid enough to jail them. An email I received from "Save Texas Reps" claims "90 percent of Texans have made their opposition to redistricting clear, but Rick Perry seems to hear the voice of only one man...Tom DeLay."

Did you see this mornings Dallas Morning News editorial?

It was titled Redistricting: 10 reasons this special session is a bad idea.
