What's your favorite scent?
I have a new favorite scent. I just made stir-fry -- cooked two cups of yummy vegetables in olive oil with minced garlic, then cooked the meat, which had been marinating in the Atkins brand steak sauce -- this combination of scents has made my apartment smell like, well, heaven wouldn't be too strong a concept. :D

4. Mimosa blossoms
Guerlain makes a perfume(Mitsouko) from the delicate little mimosa blossoms. It takes millions to produce an ounce of scent.

21. Favorite memories of scent
since my olfactory nerves were injured 2 1/2 years ago, I haven't smelled anything at all. There are times that lack of scent is a blessing.

But my favorite memories of scents are:

flowers of all sorts
pine
cinnamon/clove
A desert rain

22. Lilacs...
They are so sweet. They remind me of my grandmother who, since I was born and until she died, had a lilac bush in her yard. What's funny is that after she died and the house changed hands, they cut it down to almost nothing. But it's all the way back to where it once was. It's gorgeous. And it makes me almost cry every time I smell that scent.
