Gas will be so expensive that I'll only be able to take it down to the end of the driveway and back.

But I'd just leave it in the garage and make out with my wife in it.

28. Yes, a couple!
I want my faithful 'yota truck to come in a hybrid. My ten-year-old 4 cylinder 220,000+ mileage truck is as dependable and loyal as they come. I want another when the time comes. In an air-friendly format!

I also would like to get a big, heavy-duty truck in a hybrid; the 'yota does almost everything, but will not pull my horse trailer. So I have to go looking for friends with big trucks if I want to take my horses anywhere.

I just read a review of this machine and by the sounds of it, it tops any Lam out there. Smaller even more nimble, but just as quick.

37. 1973 Mustang - Red with White Interior all fixed up :)
My ex husband had this car - it was the love of his life. He worshipped it. If that car could have had sex, he would have had no need for me.

Eventually, he totalled it in a very bad accident. After our divorce when he was being a real jerk, I decided some day I would get an exact replica of that Mustang just to drive by his house. I think it would send him over the edge in a heartbeat.

39. My most fervent wish
is that every American city would have such a good public transit system that nobody really NEEDED a car.

Barring that, I'd go for the most environmentally responsible option, perhaps a Prius.

Safe, huge hatch for moving stuff, lots of passenger room. 30+ mpg and a powerful turbocharged 4 cyl engine. Plus they depreciate like crazy so they're cheap to buy. :-)

If all goes well in the next few months I'll get something like this soon, with a manual transmission, of course.

43. A few for me: '70-'71 Hemi Cuda or the '63 Split Window Vette.
I found a 63 vet with the split window a few years back. THe owner had cut out the split window and still wanted over $25,000 grand for the car. The Hemi Cuidas have gotten priced way out of my range also. For now, either car is little more than a dream.
