I think my new computer repair business is gonna make it!
I'm sorry, but this virus has been nothing but a plus for repair techs! I've spent the last several days doing nothing much other than helping to disinfect machines, or giving advice about it. I'm trying not to appreciate the misfortune of others too much, but damn, at $45 per hour, what can I do? Walk away? I don't think so!

I've been learning a lot while helping my new partner with jobs, and I've even managed to pull his fat out of the fire by solving a couple hardcore problems for some hardcore clients. It makes me look good, and feel good about my decision to try this gig. And with the work I've gotten, I'm closing in on some of my initial goals. Not bad for a couple months of part-time work!

1. Yep, that is a business that will fly!
Would you believe there does not appear to be single Mac computer tech around our county that we can find? There are two or three fairly good ones for PCs, none for Macs.

2. Wishing you much luck and success
There are a lot of computer idiots out in the real world. I know - I'm one  If it weren't for my son I'd need someone like you!

4. I really wish I could, but
it's against my policy to discuss politics of any kind with a client. Has been for years. More harmony in the business relationship-- even if it's them who starts talking first. Best to stay neutral and professional in their homes and businesses.

Unfortunately.

8. Yep, for $45.....
Actually, look for magnetic sources placed too close to your computer-- a TV, stereo speakers, other electronics, etc. But the most likely cause is a ceiling fan or something with an electric motor, like a desk fan.

Shouldn't be a problem to figure it out.
