We were all happy that Wilkinson was connecting the dots, but maybe there's another way to connect the dots. So if this guy had no record. And this wasn't his real name....

WHO WAS TELLING HIM THIS GUY HE WAS LEGIT?
AND HOW DID HE GET ACCURATE INFORMATION IN THE PAST?

He knows this guy for 20 years. And for most of that time, until the very recent past, his information can be corroborated with second sources.

Now, all of a sudden, he's not who he says he is, even though people in the past have claimed to know him and have vouched for him.

???? The whole thing is fishy. Did you talk to Doug Thompson? Maybe the guy is for real, but he has had to go underground. Maybe he isn't, but 20 years of deception? One has to ask why. He isn't famous or powerful or influential, so why?
