Where should the Expos play?

The franchise is not doing well in Montreal and the city is not willing to build them a new facility.

I'd say San Juan or Monterrey. MLB needs to put a team in latin america. 35% of its players are from there and they love baseball.

for the rest of the majors. Look at all the talent they had to let go to other teams because they couldnt make payroll. Randy Johnson
Vladmir Guerrero, Larry Walker, Pedro Martinez, Andres Gallaraga.... the list goes on.
I think that anyplace but Montreal will do. I'm wondering if DC would support a team. They've had 2 there and both left. Senators/Nationals went to Minnesota, and the expansion Senators went to Arlington TX.

And move them over to the American League, so a good rivalry between them and the Mariners can be groomed... of course, my only reason for wanting this is, I fgure if Portland can score a major league baseball team, it'll be that much easier to get an NHL team there.
