2. Anniversary President

This October 30, my husband and I will have been married for 10 years.

When he asked what I wanted, I told him "a new house...and a new Senate."

We were thinking of taking some big trip to Europe or Hawaii, but I will probably be volunteering with one liberal group or another, if not Orange County Democrats, to help with the election.

11. It was very sad... they started their fireplace and flue wasn't open

they died of carbon monoxide poisoning. It was about two weeks ago.

I do have a cool Weird Al story. I sent my nephew the video with the Star Wars Ep I parody for a BD gift. Turns out, it was the worst day of his life -- his ex had just served the divorce papers and he had a speeding ticket on the way home. The video was in his mailbox. He said it saved him and put things in perspective. Yeah, it's kind of warped. But laughter at a time like that is the best thing.

13. She and the other critters had Fancy Feast this morning...

sheesh. They sounded like a bunch of pigs at a trough. They only get wet food on special occassions.

I sang HBD to her this morning and she slapped me upside the head. She doesn't like me to sing to her --- or read Winnie the Pooh. She is the bossiest cat in the world.
