Lynnesin heaped a horde of guiLt on me about my secrets. i have too many to name, so here's a few:

- i voted for bob doLe in '96

- i don't eat seafood or sheLLfish

- i Love professionaL wrestLing

- i was arrested twice as a juveniLe

- i can't swim (weLL now i'm good enough to maybe save my own Life, but definateLy not anyone eLse; if you're there you're a fLotation device)

- i have 3 tattoos

- i don't mind country music sometimes

- i reaLLy hate raymond (of everybody Loves raymond)

- when i was 12, i pushed my sister down the stairs and bLamed it on the dog

- sometimes i rip off cLassic movies (such as the goonies for frivoLous posts)

10. I can't swim either

Because I'm Australian, people are always shocked when they find out I cannot swim.

Truth is, I love paddling around in the water but ever since my swimming teacher threw me in the deep end of a swimming pool when I was 5 years old, I've been terrified of getting out of my depth and could not learn to swim.

I also am the only human being alive who has no sense of flotation.
I sink like a stone. ;(

- My brother got revenge and had sex with MY boyfriend.

- I like some country music.

- I almost got arrested for being in a part after hours making out with my then boyfriend in the bushes. He was a student and didn't have money, so I had to pay his $50 fine as well as mine. The little shit is now a big time fashion designer and lives in Paris.

- I've held an Oscar and an Emmy.

There are much worse presidential candidates you could have supported. Dole was quite bad in some ways but I'd never put him in the same league as *, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rumhead, Ashcroft or any of the other neo-cons

If I had voted in '92, I would have voted Perot.

And truth to tell, had I voted in '84, I'd have voted for Reagan, even knowing he was evil, and in '88 I'd have voted for Bush, even knowing he was evil.

What was it with the dems running utter doofuses in those elections ('84 and '88)? I'll never understand it.

In '92, I was so tired ofboth parties (and in some ways still am) that I thought Perot, though his VP choice was utterly unqualified and perhaps even certifiably insane, would have been a breath of fresh air just to get lifetime politicians out of the picture for a while, and I have a lot of respect for Perot.

In hindsight, I'm glad Clinton got it - he ended up doing a stellar job, though I cringed a number of times his first couple years, and in the Monica thing, but overall one of the best presidents we've ever had.

But dammit, I *DID* vote for Gore in '00!!
