1. What advice do you think you should be given?

2. Get some sleep, don't cram, and try to relax...
Seriously. If you don't know the stuff by now, cramming doesn't usually help. Having a good night's sleep and a good breakfast (and now I sound just like your mom, I know) are really the best things for a big test like that.

Did you have any practice tests in your class, or get to look at any? I found for the english exams, they were really quite similar!

3. Well, first, good luck.
I remember my AP tests...college credit is good. :)

1. Don't overstudy. You'll forget everything you do know. Trust me on this.

2. If you do study, break it up. Study for 45 mins or so, then take a 15 min break. Wash, rinse, repeat, for as long as needed.

3. The night before, don't do heavy duty studying, do a review, and get a good night's sleep. It does wonders for your mind and body. And have a decent dinner, too.

4. The day of, have breakfast (something is better than nothing) and relax. Be confident that you did everything you could to prepare for this.

5. During the test, STAY CALM!!!!!!!!!!! Don't panic. If you don't know it, skip it, then go back when you finish the entire section. Or when you remember it.

I use these tips for my studying and I do extremely well on my tests. Good luck!!! :)

4. Show up with a Napoleon hat and, when asked,
say you're not really Napoleon -- you're Jesus, disguised.

5. My son's taking his AP literature and history tests this week
His teachers have arranged for the students to take the test at our local Outback Steakhouse (which doesn't open for lunch) -- a more relaxed environment.

He got a good night's sleep last night and I made him a big breakfast this morning. He didn't study much but felt prepared.

Try to be as relaxed as you can. I remember in college, so many students thought they'd succeed in exams by writing pages and pages and pages for their essay questions. It's more important to take the time to collect your thoughts and provide the answer in a well-written, well-organized style.

Good luck.
