What do you like to do on a rainy day?
Lately, that's all we've been having in the Chicago area. It's really getting on my nerves because I've barely had time to ride all week. I've been getting up extra early and going out before work because there's been a break between night and afternoon showers.

Verdict: I'm NOT a morning person. Plus, I've been late for work.

Yesterday it was pouring after work and I just went home and went to bed. :-(

So, what is your antidote for too much rain?

Wasn't naked. As I ran by I thought about mooning my neighbor the cop though.

Oh, wait. You said 'like to do'.

Read a good book.

Sorry about the bad weather; it's been rainy here most of the week as well.

April showers bring May ... showers.

a SEX thread and get it locked on me.

Actually, that wouldn't be such a bad idea if my sweetie wasn't hundreds of miles away. :-(

14. You're asking an experience Vancouverite rain veteran here
Okay, number one, it depends on the time of year.
If it's summer we usually hang out on the deck or go for a coffee or something. But if it's winter my favourite rainy time.....rent a good movie, call your best friend over and start a fire in the fireplace. Plenty of beverages are expected - I don't mean booze...just lots of pop and juice.

Also I like to still go downtown and thaat...growing up in a rainy climate you just kinda get used to it. I've even going sailing in the pissing rain with my friends just because there was a good wind and the rain wasn't gonna stop us.

23. Maybe that's what I need to do
Embrace the rain, run naked in it and splash in puddles, maybe even make a paper boat.

Only problem is that it's been accompanied by thunder and lightning, not exactly safe weather to be standing in a puddle. :scared:

25. On rainy days I like to watch it rain
We haven't had enough rain in Chicago this year, and we need more. Don't worry, it'll be unrelentingly sunny, hot and muggy any day now. Then I'll post a thread bitching about the heat. ;)
