OK, who's watching the T-Wolves/Evil Empire game???
Right now it's Evil Empire 24, T-Wolves 19. But we're still fighting like crazy. Mark Madsen is hopped up on SOMETHING.B-) If we win this or the next game, this series WILL go to seven games, mark my words.

20. I knew I wouldn't like this series
Took the Twolves +9 1/2 instead of my typical favorite in the first half, which of course won, Lakers (- 4 1/2) 44-35. Then the damn Twolves tease me by cutting the deficit to 2, and down 95-88 with about 40 seconds left. I decided not to watch, and was not surprised at all when the Lakers stuck it up my ass, 100-89.

It could not be more obvious the Lakers do not fear or even respect Minnesota. They'll just turn it on at will, probably dismissing the Twolves in 6.

21. Down 0-2 with the series going to LA
I seriously think it will be a sweep. They just did a backhand sweep (won 4 in a row) on San Antonio the defending champs. Maybe 5 but LA just looks to dominant for Minnesota. Though the T-wolves have the ability to turn it around.

22. Champ, looks like you missed game two
Minnesota blew out the lethargic Lakers at home on Sunday, something like 89-71, to temporarily even the series at 1-1.

Tuesday was game #3, played in Los Angeles.

Perhaps you ignored Sunday's game while in breathless anticipation of GW's big speech on Monday night.

23. I guess I did
I just lost track of chain of events. I was paying too much time to the Detroit/Indiana Series. Is it still 1-1? I heard of a game few days ago and I know LA won that, then I heard about this game and LA won that. I put the two and two together and figured LA was up 2-0 heading into LA. Now that I know that 6 games seems reasonable. I missed GW's speech too lol.

24. I happily miss every word out of GW's scraped mouth
I call it the Bush Bounce. When his words or image is imminent, my clicker finger takes over, even to the Home Shopping Network. A Kerry presidency will save several remote batteries per year.

Yep, Indiana and Detroit are 1-1, heading to Detroit for game 3 tonight.

25. So How About Those Lakers!
I respect the T-Wolves, but they just don't have the firepower to compete, especially with Cassel out. Lakers just have too many weapons, and they are finally learning how to meld them together into a championship team. I think that the Lakers win this series in six, and then move on to beat the sacrificial goat, err, uhh I mean Eastern Conference Champion in five.
Evil Empire;)*snort* OK, cue the Vader music here
