1. Seriously cool

It's an honest-to-god medical museum.

You can spend hours there and never get grossed out. You can come laughing at the freaks and leave with a deep appreciation for human beings who triumph suffering.

If you ever get to Philly, visit the Mutter. And drop us a line so we can steer you to the real Philadelphia attractions.
