William 'Willy' Pritts stands in the field above the amphitheater where he holds music festivals in Acme, Pa. Fayette, County on Tuesday, July 8, 2003. His local government says he can't hold the festivals because his property isn't zoned for moneymaking concerts, so Pritts founded the Church of Universal Love and Music, a non-denominational parish that he says is committed to spiritual growth through music so he can hold.
