frankly, I don't know if he has a colostomy bag or not, but I don't think it is the most hilarious thing in the world. After my Dad had surgery for colon cancer he had to wear one for a year or so. Some shit head asshole (repug) that worked for my Dad thought it was real amusing and sometimes made mocking comments about it. I didn't find that real amusing. Fortunately, that asshole no longer works for my Dad, and knows that he is not welcome anywhere near the family.

To counter the lies that hannity says, he makes up a lie about hannity. The thing about Al is, is that he makes it painfully clear that it is a lie, unlike hannity where he just spouts off lies all the time. I don't think it's meant as a slight to those who have colostomy bags in the least. I belive that it is that hannity is to be considered a bag of shit. Any doubts, watch Hannity and colmes, or listen to his radio program(I doubt either of that is possible, but hey, go for it).

Basically Al Franken will tell a lie a day about sean hannity until he tells the truth for a week. No harm intended to anyone other than sean "the Neanderthal" hannity.

11. I HAVE AN ILEOSTOMY

I got the bag when I was 19. After 13 years of severe ulcerative colitis and a life of total hell. The bag sucks. Better than dying of an exploded intestine, and better than a life of incredible pain, chained to a toilet with nothing but shame and self-hate on your mind when you're not praying to get through the next excrutiating attack or praying you could have something reasonable like a brain tumor, but still, having to wear a bag of shit on your stomach has its down side.

there's nothing funny about it, especially the fact that its not the kind of illness that gets you sympathy points.

Blowing out with shit-blood hemorrhages in public from age 7 to 19 gets you beaten-up, insulted and ganged-up on. Believe me on this, it doesn't get kindness, understanding or telethons.

I hate Hannity, can't watch him, but if its true he has a colostomy, I have some small understanding of what he lives with.

Please see my previous post. It was somewhat of an attempt at humor...increasingly it seems to be getting worse and worse. It was a bit on the O'Franken Factor that I heard, where Al would tell a lie about hannity until hannity would tell the truth for a week. Not meant as a slight at all to those who have this affliction.
