Poll question: Which kind of spam do you open/actually use?

3. Can anyone recommend a spam blocker in the form of a

mail proxy?

I use Mozilla Thunderbird and it works ok but there isn't a lot to configure. Like, if I could simply specify that HTML messages with images are spam I would kill most of the stuff it misses.

4. absolutely zero

I have yet to receive spam for any product that I would have use for. And even if I did, the very fact that they chose to spam me would preclude me from ever buying that product from them.

DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM SPAMMERS. It only encourages them. They know that 99% of the people who receive their spam don't respond (at least positively), but even the 1% of recipients who do actually buy their stuff is enough to justify them doing it.
