Bad morning DU!

Screw it. My morning has sucked some serious ass. I just LOVE having a flat tire (exit sarcasm). Grrrr. Someone wanna put me out of my misery and beat me with a stick?

26. Went to the Renaissance Fest on Monday

My brother had a open day so we went. Thought it was going to be a rain day, but the rain was mostly done before 11. Memorial Day Monday is "Prank Day" where the performers (villagers) have a comic moments folded into the story line. This year was the key word "brownies." As in..."We will kidnap Maid Marian--and take her brownies" or "The king demands your taxes--and your brownies" and the like. You had to be there!

Also fired up my new table top grill. Works great, once I figured out how to build a fire in it. :thumbsup:

28. Monday morning was not looking promising

I awoke listening to the sound of rain at about 7:30, tornado watch 'til 10. Not looking good. It rained almost the whole drive to the village. One 5-min downpour once there, then sprinkles for the rest of the morning. Clearing thru' the afternoon. We drew the long straw.

How's the car doing now?

That sounds like my Monday. It POURED. And that's pretty much the same way for the whole weekend. I think it was Sunday that we had tornado watches out. Boy, that was fun /sarcasm.

The car is sitting out there. Waiting on AAA to come change the tire for me (I could do it myself, but since I pay the extra every year, I'll let them do it). There's two long gashes and a puncture place in the tire. It's definitely not from me driving on it or running over something. I'm having a pretty bad harassment problem so I'm afraid this might be a result of that (and it's not even my car!).
