1. Hooray for Thursday
Does anybody know why certain days of the week are named after German gods? Woden's day is Wednesday; Thor's day is Thursday; Frei's day is Friday, etc.

Thor was a pretty serious guy. Don't screw around with him, he'll zap you with a thunderbolt.
