3. I don't know about this year, but the biggest crackup I ever saw...
...was from The Matrix, when Ted looked down from the building and said

"whoah..."

Instant laughter in the theater, as everyone got a "Bill and Teds" flashback...

4. Another of my personal fav's was Independence Day
When Will Smith and his fellow Marines were flying toward the alien ships, and the order was given to "Fire at will!"

I remember that one getting a few giggles out of the crowd.
