but, you live in paradise. I live in Joisey. My neighbor has a 100 year old oak right next to my property line - all the leaves fall in my yard :cry: 20 bags of leaves last year. My aching BACK!!!

5. Now that's a BIG yard!
Mine is the size of a large postage stamp. 70w x 50 d. That's the back yard the house sits near the street and I have about 10 ft. of grass in the front. :cry: Oh well, it's easy to maintain. No privacy but, easy to maintain.

7. I've walked out my front door naked many times....
...with no fear of embarrassment. Its a lot of work keeping up with the fence line and keeping the weeds from taking over.
