20. We got a bunch of new computers at work!

And a tech guy came from head office and set us up. He's a little more than a tech guy though. He basically revamped the way we do things into a PROPER way to do things. IN other words - yup I NO LONGER TOUCH PRODUCTION! I will still layout the stories, but not theads...he came in and basically got them to do the things I've been ignored usggesting since I started! (They're good employees and people, but none of them have ever worked for any other paper hence they're a bit in the dark.)

So..tis joyful now.

This Sunday we did Bike the Drive. They close down Chicago's Lake Shore Drive to cars and let the bikes take over for 30 miles round trip. It was awesome!!! We met BiggJawn and his daughter afterward, but an impending thunderstorm cut it short.
