Al Franken series "LateLine" to be released on DVD...

Late-night television news programs get turned on their ear in Lateline, the hilarious sitcom that spoofs the stories, talent, and upheaval behind the cameras. Lateline - The Complete Series - the entire critically acclaimed NBC ensemble sitcom - debuts on DVD on August 17th, with all 19 episodes from the series (including 4 never-before-aired episodes). Maximize fun with this politically-charged sitcom released in time for the 2004 Presidential elections.

Guest stars include Presidential Candidate Ralph Nader, Martin Sheen (The West Wing), Rob Reiner, Vanessa Williams, Conan O'Brien, and many more! This 3-disc collection has a running time of about 7 hours. Full-screen video, Dolby Digital Stereo, and closed captioning for the hearing impaired. Amazon.com has the title up for pre-order at a current price of $33.15.

1. Is it good?
I LOVED "Lying Liars", and consider myself a Franken fan (I love his speeches, too) but I don't remember this series at all. Was it at least decent? Worth purchasing? Good price if it is- $33 for 19 episodes of a show is darn good.
