Received mail from the Spanish Electoral Comission. There's a certificate and 31 slips of paper, each one naming a political party and its lineup for the EP. You select one slip and tuck it into the voting envelope, then put that, along with the certificate, in another envelope, prepaid for postage.

it's the first election I've not voted in. But I've just moved & haven't registered yet. I'll make sure I've registered for the next election, I'm even keeping my eyes open for a place to live in Sedgefield.
