3. Aw, I must have missed the call

I'm bored at work. Waiting for parts to come in after the long weekend. Surprisingly few orders today for some reason. And it's supposed to be insanely busy right now. I blame the unseasonably cold weather! :-( Nobody wants to ride their Harley until it's at least 70 degrees out. Will it never get warm?

Kind of ironic that temperatures in the 60's would infringe on the machismo of a Harley rider. Can't they just put on another layer of leather or something?

It's kind of like when my niece refused a scholarship to MIT because it snows in Boston. She was smart enough to get the scholarship, but not smart enough to take advantage of it because of a little snow. I never could quite wrap my brain around that one.

Yup. 13th. We'll be there.

Things are okay. As usual, I've been feeling crappy, though I now have hope of recovery! My sinus infection didn't go away and it turned out that I had something called sinus polyps, but my fabulous doc gave me a magical spray that seems to be doing the trick. I can now sort of breath and the left side of my face is no longer swollen. Life is good. Sort of. :-)

What's up with you? I read in another thread (I think) that a certain person was visiting this weekend. Is that correct?

As long as we go someplace that has "softer" food. I'm having the rest of my dental work done on Wednesday the 9th, so I don't know what condition my mouth will be in. I'm sure I'll still be albe to take in liquids! :-)
