how to score a baseball game . . .
I used to do this as a kid, and it added immensely to my enjoyment of the game . . . now there's a whole website devoted to scoring, including a tutorial . . . for the diamond fanatics amongst us . . .

He said that someone who doesn't love numbers could never be a baseball scorekeeper.
