20. Words can't express...
Even death doesn't keep him from abusing her.

There's a special place in hell for him.

Think he'll confess on his death bed?

19. We were having a party that night
So, instead of us having a lovely conversation at the dinner table, we all ended up hunched on the floor in front of the TV, our dinner in our laps, staring at him driving up the 405 in slow motion. A radio station here had actually broadcast that he'd shot himself, but then they retracted it. It was a surreal day.

And he's a murderous bastard. :grr:

6. He got word that the killers are hiding out at a golf course somewhere.
So he's been searching for them on a weekly basis. Now THAT'S devotion.

Does he think the person who killed them will be on the back nine or something?

8. It would be a lot easier...
to believe OJ was guilty if that didn't mean having to believe the LAPD. They're not exactly well-known for their veracity.

12. I've just always had my doubts...
about that blood stain that magically appeared on OJ's gate several days after the crime. After he had given a blood sample that the cop didn't take to the lab until after he had been out to OJ's house and lo and behold some of the sample was missing when it was opened at the lab.

Normally I would have been all over OJ because statistically he is the likeliest suspect. However, statistics aren't everything and the LAPD has such a history of lying on the stand that I have a hard time with this case.

22. It's pretty sad when a police department
has to create phony evidence to try to compensate for their shoddy work. It's not just in LA that this happens.

Their blundering reminds me of Dumbyass and his invisible WMDs in Iraq.

13. Remember it like yesterday....the Knicks great Game 5 victory!
Of course I didn't see it. As the rest of the country was railroaded into watching a popular CA spectator sport; the slow police chase.

Ewing wents nuts and for a brief moment Knick fans felt this was our year. Of course, Starks tore my heart out a few days later but that's a different story.

1997. Jazz beat Bulls in game 4 of the NBA Finals. One game left in Salt Lake City. One game to go up 3-2 on the Bulls and send the series back to Chicago.

Jazz played hard all game and lost in the final minute.

Bulls go back to Chicago and win the series in 6.

Fully believe if Utah would have won game 5 they'd of won the series.

Foward it to 1998.

Jazz win game 5 in Chicago. Send the series back to Salt Lake City.

On the verge of winning game 6. But the refs call the game so poorly that even the NBC broadcasters are having fits. The final straw, MJ pushes off Bryon Russell for his game winning shot.

Jazz lose in 6 again.

There were three bad calls that cost the Jazz the game.

#1 happened in the first half when Eisley hit a three BEFORE the shotclock went off (replays showed this). The refs said he didn't. - 3 points for Utah.

#2 happened when Harper CLEARLY hit the three AFTER the shot clock went off (replays showed this). The refs gave the Bulls the three points. +3 points for Chicago.

#3 MJ pushes off Russell, hits a two pointer. + 2 points for Utah.

The Jazz lost to Chicago by ONE point.

Factor in all the bad calls, Utah hit a three, Jazz up by 2. Take away Harper's three and the Jazz are up 5. MJ's shot doesn't matter. But of course, take that away and Utah wins by 7.

SEVEN.

They force a game 7 IN Salt Lake.

But alas, the NBA couldn't see MJ go out a loser.

The game was a fix.

Oh and wasn't the Knicks-Rockets series in 1995? Not 1994. I thought the Rockets beat the Magic in 94.

I'm still mourning the loss of my Kings and my T'wolves.

And I'm pissed that LA's gonna win this year. :hurts:

What fun times!

I remember I was 10 years old at the time and had a love affair with those sensationalist news shows that would play late at night. During the summer I'd sit up until 12:00 and watch Inside Edition and Current Affair.

I loved them.

Dear god I was a weird child. Probably the only 10 year old watching that crap.

Well you better believe they had a lot about OJ on those news shows.

I remember when TWA Flight 800 happened.

That was all over those shows too.

25. I remember my brother and I watching the Bronco chase that night...
My parents were out of town that night, and didn't get back until really late. I was 12 and my brother was 5, and I was babysitting him. It was a Friday night, if I recall correctly...

We watched that WHOLE thing, and we loved every second of it. Hell, we were kids. :D
