4. Wasn't she a famous opera singer or something?
For some reason that rings a bell. I think a hotel restaurant invented this for her. Anyone else remember the story?

Story here and she groused about not getting any royalties.

Her picture is on Australia's $100 bill, which might give a clue to this one person industry who finally ended up patenting her name in self defense.
