Jay-Z hires chicken-wing chef

Rapper Jay-Z has apparently hired a chef to cook chicken wings for him.

The Daily Mirror says the chef even went to work in the kitchen of a London restaurant when Jay-Z went there to dine.

A source told the paper that Jay-Z had some important meetings in London, including one at Nobu. But the £100-a-head Japanese cuisine wasn't to the rapper's taste.

The source added: "He had a couple of drinks and then left to go to flash caviar restaurant La Plume, which he'd heard was accommodating to the stars' demands."
