2. Great one. Wish I'd thought of her.
On the other hand, her Swiffer ad annoys me to distraction, so maybe I had a mental block.:)

3. I took an acting class from Wm H Macy back in the mid-70s
At the St. Nicholas Theater in Chicago - forerunner to the Steppenwolf - and he was incredibly cute. Every woman (and a couple of guys) in the class drooled over him. You'll have to take my word for it; I can't find a photo of him online that comes close to showing what a doll he was when he was young.

5. No love for the Cigarette Smoking Man? Pshaw!
I never watched The X Files during its original run so my first exposure to Davis was as the host of the Skeptical Inquirer tv show on the Science Channel. Because he was so well-tailored, I assumed he was the editor of the magazine or something. Later, when I started watching X Files reruns on SciFi, I thought, "How cool! They got the guy from Skeptical Inquirer to be the Cigarette Smoking Man."
Actually, he's a Canadian character actor, and a very cool fellow:

7. Life is like a box full of chocolates.
A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable, because all you get back is another box of chocolates. You're stuck with this undefinable whipped-mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down when there's nothing else left to eat. Sure, once in a while, there's a peanut butter cup, or an English toffee. But they're gone too fast, the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits, filled with hardened jelly and teeth-crunching nuts, and if you're desperate enough to eat those, all you've got left is an empty box... filled with useless, brown paper wrappers.

Ever the optimist, good old CSM.

9. Kind of makes you picture CSM in the Forrest Gump part, doesn't it?
Although "Run, Cigarette-Smoking Man, run!" doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

10. I voted William H. Macy...
...just because of "Fargo" and "Magnolia."

12. He always does a good job
I'll probably eventually vote Davis just because of sympathy for the underdog (and because he's very good, too, of course), but Macy's really outstanding, and I haven't even seen Fargo or Magnolia!

15. Ok, what was that movie where W.H. Macy played a pedophile?
It creeped me out a bit, but he was really good in it...
