DU pasta fans! What sort of pasta do you use?
I love fresh-made with all my capacity to love anything, but I generally don't have the time to make it, so I go for Hodgson Mill's organic whole wheat fettucine with milled flax seed--great taste with the flax seed, and healthy to boot.

6. Not whole wheat
Prince's packaging may say "whole wheat" but the ingredients do not list whole wheat flour, but "enriched flour" instead.

Pretty deceptive of them.

8. Me too!

I expected it to be stiff and chewy, but it is delicious! My kids love it, too.

Edit: Amy's WW spaghetti is 100% whole wheat semolina. So is Hodges (or Hodgesons?) Mills WW pasta.

2. Barilla, mostly
I get my Italian food from a mostly-real Italian deli in town, and they carry a wide variety of Barilla pastas. I just made Hodgson Mill's mac & cheese this weekend and the baby didn't seem to care for it; I liked it though.

7. How much do those suckers run?
I'd love to add one to my kitchen--fresh pasta in ten minutes sounds good to me.

10. Hmm, let the rationalization begin
Perhaps I can find some obscure way that such things would save me money.

5. Barilla is the best commercial brand
I love their Percatelli--big fat spagetti but it's hard to find.

Their sauce is great too-We are addicted to the green and black olive sauce.

12. Same, and I've finally found a place that stocks Percatelli
To hell with that wimpy angel hair. I want my spaghetti so thick it barely fits in the pot.
