I'm honestly curious how this word was derived. It just seems... well...

He is an old school rapper from Oakland who coined the phrase. He is from way back in the day and toured with NWA and Eazy E...

Snoop Dogg stole the line from him and never game him any credit...

Aside from the general offensiveness of the word, it just comes across as affected, contrived, street-cred wannabe bullshit.
