How do you deal with a boss that likes to take stuff out on people?

How do you deal with a boss that likes to take stuff out on people?
My boss is great usually. But she screwed up real bad this week and gets grumpy and takes it out on the other employees, myself included.

Best course of action; Ignore it? Tell her to fuck off (perhaps in a more civilized way)? Or kiss up to make her feel better?

Maybe, if she's in a better mood at a later date, you can talk to her about this, but if she's in a bad mood... let it go for now.

No one really likes a kiss up. If she crosses the line you should tell her. If it's just stupid shit, let it go.
