5. Have you heard Devo's version?
I was listening to Jimi the other day and remembered that I had downloaded Devo's version of "Are You Experienced." I played both of them and thoroughly enjoyed!

Devo pays respectful homage to Jimi! They play the melody to "Third Stone From The Sun" on a guitar recorded backward during the break. It's good!

A friend was visiting me last weekend, and I was listening to Jimi. He said it's the one thing that he and his teen-aged daughter agree on at this point in their lives.
