it's a deli meat. Usually buy it in the refrigerated section. Of course I can't get it at all in CT but everytime I go back to the Philly area I always get a couple of pounds. Yummmmm..........

I was eating it before I knew what it was, so I developed a tolerance. It is my all time favorite breakfast, along with scrambled eggs and rye toast.
