10. If your mom has a copy
you should barrow it; I'm sure you would enjoy it! (but I won't tell you about the ending). ;-)

4. Yes, a very long time ago.
I liked it. It was not the type of book I normally read, however, once I started I couldn't put it down!

5. I Don't "Read" About Cats
I act on my instinct and try to do what's right.

A bad author beating a dry subject isn't my favorite past-time.

6. I loved that book
Edited on Sun Jun-13-04 02:33 AM by Jen6
it was called "Jenny" in Britain. My best friend growing up was British, and her family had a copy of it that I borrowed. Since then, I've purchased several American editions and have either given them away or loaned them out. I even suggested it as a feature film when I worked at Disney; we put it into pre-production, but that's as far as it got (they would have ruined it anyway-they wanted it to be a musical)!

Disney's 'Brother Bear" was originally based on "The Abandoned" (boy get's turned into a bear, and learns life's lessons as an animal) but very little of their original story ended up in the rather clumsy final product.
