1. I really can't remember a person dying of a gunshot

There was a body found near the railroad tracks in the early 80s. Other than that. It's a very quiet rural neighborhood.

Gunshots aren't uncommon, but they are hunters.

3. About 8 years ago

A couple of miles away. They caught the guy 2 days later in a kwik e mart and shot him after he pulled a gun.

My homie got shot. He played on the football team with me in high school. They haven't found the killer yet. It happened while I was away at school.

7. Less than three months ago

Back in March, a bitter ex-husband went into an arcade/entertainment center where his wife was having a birthday party for their son and gunned her down. He also shot a 9-year old girl in the leg with a stray bullet. After fleeing the scene he pulled off on the shoulder of the highway and shot himself.

This guy didn't have a criminal record or any record of mental instability either.

11. july 2001 in a nearby neighborhood

There was a murder actually in my neighborhood but I won't necessarily claim it was within this decade. Could have been as early as 1991, my memory for dates gets shaky over the years.
