But I really appreciated how true to the originals the Brett versions were...And he was just so damned good!! I always thought he was born for the role...

3. Rathbone was known for his dinner parties
He'd give lavish ones where invitees had to wear animal heads. Not surprising considering his onscreen persona was always very cool.

6. Ask him to give you fencing lessons.
Basil Rathbone was real skillfull with a sword, even when he played a villian in pictures. Had training in fencing, I read.
