BBC America: Coupling - Exit Jeff
Edited on Mon Jun-14-04 12:55 PM by elfwitch
Anybody else sad that Jeff is gone? I looked everywhere to find out why Richard Coyle left. The only thing I could find is that he "quit". No reason was given.

I loved Jeff. He was my favorite thing about the show. His tirades on "Giggle Loops" and "The Melty Man" kill me every time I see them. I am quite sad.

The new guy has promise, but he is no Jeff.

1. the absence of jeff....
...is less of a problem for me than the insertion of this "jeff-lite" guy. maybe he'll grow into it (the dream sequence with the sci-fi bookstore filled with hot babes was promising) but it's a weak replacement for "melty man" and "captain subtext"

that said, i had to hose myself off after the susan/jane make-out session from the season premiere last week.

3. I am one of the 16 Americans who liked the NBC version of this show.
I really regretted its cancellation.
